The main objective of the study is to analyze and evaluate the existing education policy and recommend the required policies for its implementation with prioritization

Assignment Description

Review & Analyse existing education sector related policies and strategies and their implementation. • Analyze and understand the consistency between the existing policies and program. • Review and identify the lacking and weaknesses in the existing acts, regulations, and guidelines etc., which are the fundamental requirements for the implementation of the policies. • Identify the policies, which are not being implemented. • Evaluate whether the inter-sectoral coordination has been made in the implementation of Cross-Cutting Issues. • Review and identify the gaps and lacunae between existing policies and programs, between programs and fundamental requirements for its implementations and between education policy and other sectoral policies. • Good understanding of the Education sector, including the activities like desk study, data/map collection, developing of the appropriate formats and questionnaire including a comprehensive work program schedule. • Prepare a report on analysis and evaluation of Education Policy including recommendations.
