Assignment Description

Following activities have been conducted : • Conduct following trainings with appropriate and refined training packages for basic, refresher, advance courses adopting new GRB guidelines; • Training to the Government staff working in planning and budgeting(Nine 1 day non residential training and meeting) • Two GRB and AE training to CSOs, women organizations and media persons. (3 days residential course for 30 people) • One advance training of trainers to the government training institutions. (3 days residential for 30 people), follow up meeting with the participants on their acceptance on integrating GRB into their regular programme. • One day orientation on monitoring aspect of GRB and AE application to the staff of office of auditor General. (20 persons for one day non- residential) • Two training each to the sectoral ministries and department level (irrigation, health, education and urban) on GRB tools application in their respective programme.(one day programme x30 persons x 1 events x 4 sectoral ministries) • One Orientation on GRB and AE for 25 high level government decision makers • Preparation of knowledge product and advocacy materials on GRB and AE in Nepal (collection of articles from 10 experts on GRB and AE) • Prepare a project proposal for resource mobilization to expand GRB and AE principles in all sectoral ministries to the local level.
