Project Description

The updating work comprised of NISP implemented 40 districts from three Western Development Region (e.g. 16 districts of Western, 15 districts of Mid-Western and 9 districts of Far-Western Development Region for expenditure on Surface Irrigation, on farm Water Management, Ground Water Offices, and Water and Energy Commission Secretariat.
The main aim of the updating was to collect all missing data not included in draft PCR and prepare Final PCR on the base of current available data for proper documentation of the project so that it could be used in future for preparation of same type of project.

Assignment Description

Review the previous PCR to acquire the required information • Review the available updated FMR and Status Reports of participation in NISP • Visit to concerned offices to brief the objective of work and to request for timely submission of data • Collection of expenditure data from the concerned offices. • Collection of Current Physical Status of the sub projects and works • Tabulating and updating of the financial activities of NISP including expenditure • Updating of PCR (Final) of NISP.
