The project lies in the Dang district and will provide year round irrigation facility to 35.0 ha. of agriculture land. With the implementation of the project, it will give the diversion structure permanency. The source of the river is Sishne Khola and is perennial. The main canal length is 1565 m and branch canal length is 2500m. The Water User Group does have strong say in the operation and maintenance of the system.
