This hill road intends to give and access to Mankamana Temple from Dhungagade, which falls in Abukhaireni – Gorkha Road. The detail engineering survey and design was carried out to extend the previously surveyed section from Dhungagade- Khabdi up to Banskot. The total section of the surveyed section of the road is 10.00 km which along the stretch passes through villages like Khabdi Bazaar, Bahun Danda, Bhagan Kaule, Gaunthale, Seprak , Ghairung and finally ends up at Banskot. The road has been designed as WBM district road standard with formation width of 6.0 m, carriageway width of 3.0 m and 1.5m shoulder width on either side wherever permissible.
