Detail survey and investigation, environmental study, concept design, detail architectural and structural design of seven storey Surya Apartment building constructed at Battisputali, Kathmandu

Project Description

The main objective of this assignment is to design a sophisticated multi storey apartment building with all modern facilities and prepare all necessary drawings and documents ready for construction and marketing including interior, 3D, animations and walk through. The apartment consists of 12 individual apartments of average 2250 sq. ft. of each apartment in 6 storied building with all modern facilities and amenities.

Assignment Description

Site investigation and detail Survey: The Consultant has carried out detailed engineering survey and geotechnical site investigation for foundation design. Two bore holes were made and soil samples were taken to the laboratory and soil data for the foundation design were taken. The survey data were taken for the preparation of site map, location and layout maps. • Architectural / Structure related Design and Drawing: Prepared architectural drawing of apartment consisting of all modern facilities like lift, swimming pool, solar panels, water treatment plants, waste treatment plants, solar water heater and use of solar energy for lighting. • Design for RCC structures, Mechanical and Electrical design, water supply and sanitary design and detail drawing for each components are prepared • Interior design with all furniture layouts, preparation of render plans, 3D views, animation and walk through of the building. • Detail quantity estimate, rate analysis, costing of all components and preparation of Detailed Project Cost • Preparation of specifications for building materials
