Project Description

The main objective of this assignment is to design a two storey school building having about 20 rooms with required facilities and prepare all necessary drawings for construction and conducting the overall construction supervision of the building.

Assignment Description

Detail Survey: The Consultant has carried out detailed engineering survey. The survey data were taken for the preparation of site map, location and layout maps. • Architectural / Structure related Design and Drawing: Prepared architectural drawing of school building with the required facilities. • Design for RCC structures, electrical design, water supply and sanitary design and detail drawing for each components are prepared • Detail quantity estimate, rate analysis, costing of all components and preparation of Detailed Project Cost • Preparation of specifications for building materials
