Assignment Description

• Review existing reports, standards and specification of the road sector related to assignment • Review and Update existing report and detail design reports previously carried out. • Detailed engineering survey of the alignment and its corridor (1) Bhalubang Nuwakot Sandhikhark Tamghas Kharbang Sadak (38.41 km), Arghakhanchi; (2) GP Marg, Syangja (Sumrekhola Sirubari Chhaharikhola Limithana, (30.00 Km) Syangja/Parbat; (3) Daring Jagatpur Kega Banethok Dhruba Deurali Bayarghari Sadak, (12.00 Km) Syangja; (4) Sundar Bazar-Rip Maidan Sadak, (15.00 Km) Syangja; (5). Badkhola Thuladihi Moriya Dulegauda Sadak (Syangja Section), (13.59 Kin) Syangja. • Conduct detailed hydrological studies for cross drainage works and propose the suitable cross drainage structures • Carry out traffic, surveys and project the traffic volume for 20 years period • Conduct pavement investigation works for pavement design works • Choose economically feasible pavement type within the study corridor including design of the road detail with pavement types • Identify sources of construction materials of appropriate quality, determine the quantities of material permitted to be taken from different source • Conduct Environmental and Social Study and prepare the respective Report • Wherever required on technical aspects, recommend for improvement on alignment • Prepare detail working drawings in AutoCAD • Prepare detail cost estimates with analysis of rates, contract packaging and tender document preparation • Prepare Detailed Project Report (DPR) for complete Road Stretches included in the package.
