Detailed Master Plan, Detailed Topographical Survey & Detailed Project Report of Madan Ashrit Smriti Park at Dashdhunga (DOT/NCB/CS-1/077-78.
The various Blocks that are designed are:
Accommodation Blocks (28 Beds): 2 Storied RCC Framed Structured with Built-up Area = 571.12 Sqm.(Approximate Project Cost: NRs.26.76 Million).
Museum Block: 1 Storied Truss Structure with built-up Area= 154.36Sq.m.
Research/Training Centre Block: 2 Storied RCC Framed Structure with total Built-up area-775.58 Sqm (Approx. Project Cost: NRs 23.78 Million) to accommodate 24 Researchers.
Other Infrastructures Blocks: Gazebo, Gender Friendly Public Toilet, Water Cascade, Office Buildings, Memorial Statue,Landscapping (Cost:191millions) included walking Trail, Food Stall with dining area(702 Sqm-90 persons at a time), Pond (728Sqm), View deck (Area 603 Sqm), Open air Theater, Rock Climbing, Shooting Gallery (1628Sqm.), Picnic Spot (2082 Sqm) etc are designed.
Project Cost: NRs. 432.27 Million Approx.

Assignment Description

Topographic Survey of Proposed Project Site (81400 Sqm) and Preparation of Topographic Map; • Preparation of Detail Master Plan of site with site planning and landscape. • Preparation of Detail Architectural Design of the proposed building along with its supporting facilities; • Preparation of detailed structural design, structural drawing architectural working drawings including sanitary & electrical works; • Preparation of digital 3-D model;3D Rendered Pictures of entry Gate and Details, Animation Video of about 5 minutes. • Preparation of detailed Cost Estimate including Civil, Electrical, Sanitary, Acoustic, HVAC, Solar Design all building and Roads all complete; • Preparation of Cost Estimate, Rate Analysis and BoQs.
