• Assessed individual/overall project planning, preparation and implementation with major emphasis on stakeholders participation during each phase of the project.
• Assessed changes in agricultural production, agricultural yields and farm incomes before and after the project and in the given target year.
• Assessed crop diversification and changes in cropping intensity before and after the project and in the given target year.
• Assessed actual irrigation coverage, infrastructure development, water availability, water conflicts and sustainability of the schemes before and after the project.
• Assessed handed over projects in terms of their O&M, ownership feelings, activity of water users associations, farmer satisfaction towards system improvements and sustainability of the projects on the long run.
