Palpa
The Rural Electrification program in Palpa district will be implemented under two different schemes namely Juthapauwa and jhadewa. The main components of the project are laying high and low tension lines as well as composite lines. It is also aimed to construct several 11/0.4 kV distribution transformers. The proposed transmission and distribution lines in Palpa district are 72.50 km of 11 kV, 17.30 km of composite and 69.75 km of low tension. There are altogether 37 proposed load centers of 17 VDCs. The distribution system reinforcement comprises of the upgrading of he substation, sub-transmission lines, distribution lines and transformers. The project activities are mostly confined to load center areas identified for the rural electrification program. The alignment covers a wide range of habitat including patches of forest settlement areas, rugged terrain river crossing and foot trails.
Lamjung
The Rural Electrification program in Lamjung district will be implemented under four different schemes namely Bahundanda, Majhgaon, Samibhanjyang and Kolki. The main components of the project are laying high and low tension lines as well as composite lines. It is also aimed to construct several 11/0.4 kV distribution transformers. The proposed transmission and distribution lines in Lamjung district are 101.01 km of 11kV, 27.20 km of composite and 132.35 km of low tension. There are altogether 65 load center in 33 VDCs.
Parbat
The proposed Rural Electrification and Distribution System Reinforcement Project covers 14 village Development Committees (VDCs) of the Parbat districts. The main components of the project are laying high and low tension lines as well as composite lines. It is also aimed to construct several 11/0.4 kV distribution transformers. In Parbat district, there are 21 load centers in 14 VDCs. The proposed transmission and distribution lines in Parbat district are 14.18 km of 11 kV, 20.0 km of composite and 34.80 km of low tension.
