Assignment Description

The Consultant carried out following tasks: • Review past regulations and provisions made in the formation of similar regulations by the Government of Nepal; • Review of GoN enacted acts, regulations and provisions that may be attracted in the Internal Office Management and Employees’ Service and Conditions Regulation 2063 for Remote Area Development Committee; • Consultation with the stakeholders on the various provisions to be made in the Draft; and • Preparation of Draft on Internal Office Management and Employees’ Service and Conditions Regulation 2063.
