The Asian Development Bank (ADB) knowledge and support technical assistance (TA), Integrated and Innovative Solutions for More Livable Cities (TA-9919, the ‘TA’), supports the efforts of the developing member countries (DMCs) of ADB to build livable cities that are green, competitive, inclusive, and resilient.1 Under the One ADB approach, the TA promotes integrated and innovative urban solutions in selected cities through the development of Solutions for Livability (S4L) action plans that enhance livability, support ADB projects incorporate integrated and innovative urban solutions, and improve knowledge and capacity in support of urban livability. The TA is aligned with ADB’s Strategy 2030 and its Operational Plan for Priority 4 (OP4): Making Cities More Livable, 2019-2024, and Strategy 2030 Urban Sector Directional Guide
