Assignment Description

Feasibility study of project; • Detail Engineering survey work including Drone survey of the area; • Social survey of the project area; • Collection and preparation of database of the land owners; • Digitization (preparation of geo-data base (GIS)) of cadastral map; • Preparation of base map in GIS; • Preparation of Master Plan in GIS; • Design of block planning of 693 hectares (13,623 ropanis) of land area; • Detail design of 145.689 km (1.432 million sqm) of urban black topped road (Road width from 50m to 4m including Outer Ring Road); • Conduct research or excavations to recover, study and preserve artefacts as ancient ruins (historic buildings) tools and ceramics • Detail design of intersection and roundabout. • Detail design of 268 km long water supply system network; • Detail design of 254 km long Storm water pipe network; • Detail design of 162 km waste water pipe network • Detail design of river protection work; • Detail design of footpath and cycle lane; • Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of project area; • Public consultation and interaction with land/house owner; • Preparation of land readjustment policy; • The master plan has been prepared on the “Green Infrastructure Planning” concept; • Preparation cost estimate, • Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR); etc.
