SEP aims to promote poverty reduction and stability by increasing engagement in wage and international employment and self-employment through Market Oriented Short-Term (MOST) skill training by improving the relevance and increasing the delivery of MOST skill training, particularly to women, Dalits, and the disadvantaged. In addition SEP also strives for Strengthen the capacity of key agencies to enhance their services, particularly to the vocational training sector; Strengthen training providers to enhance access and improve the relevance and quality of training; Develop and articulate a new national policy to achieve greater integration, relevance, and efficiency in TEVT sector; and Increase the chances of graduates getting jobs and self employment.
The particular training will train one thousand persons recommended by project from both public and private sector training providing Institute will be trained for 108 hrs (2 weeks) in Kathmandu, Bharatpur, Pokhara, Nepalgunj and Biratnagar for Training of Trainers (TOT).
