Developed a precise content for online course on three hazards – Landslide, Flood and Earthquake.
• Designed the contents with clear-cut script through effective means of delivery -audio, visual, short cases, photos, precise narration both in Nepali and English.
• Designed user’s friendly, engaging and also entertaining self-pace online course.
• Provided support on all the IT related works regarding E-learning platforms.
• Developed & designed software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, following the software development lifecycle.
• Worked closely with NDRRMA team to use resource materials from NDRRMA communication team and DRM consultant for finalizing the training modules, contents, resource materials including audio/visuals.
• Provided adequate and relevant www and reference links on the e-learning platform.
• Prepared a work plan to accomplish the tasks and submit the progress report to NDRRMA.
• Organized pilot testing e-learning course (nationally), received feedback and incorporated in the final version in consultation with NDRRMA.
• Prepared a guide for the users –participation, certification and quality control (evaluation questionnaire after each module to jump to next) in the e-learning platform.
• Added an admin reporting module into the current eLearning platform to track the log of online course participants.
• Prepared a system user’s manual and video tutorial on how to operate e-learning courses.
